PlanOmatic V2 Order API End Of Support in Spring 2024

In July 2022, the PlanOmatic V3 Order APIs became available to our clients after months of internal testing. We built this suite of APIs from the ground up to support and evolve with the needs of your company and the SFR industry. We recommend taking five minutes to check out the new features if you haven’t already.
To make sure PlanOmatic can focus on delivering and supporting the best tools to support our clients, we will be ending support of the V2 Order API in Spring 2024. While the end of support for the V2 Order API announcement may be disappointing to some clients, we are confident that you, your team and company will see the long-term benefits that come with the V3 Order APIs structure and tools.

How do I know if I am using the V2 Order APIs?

Generally speaking, if you developed your PlanOmatic integration solution before July 2022, you are probably using our V2 Order API. The best way to check your version is by evaluating your URL. Below are the structures on the URLs for V2 and V3.

What happens in Spring 2024?

The V2 Order API will work as usual going into Spring 2024, but PlanOmatic will no longer provide technical support for questions or bugs. We recommend converting your system to the V3 Order APIs before then.

My team doesn’t have the resources to update our integration with PlanOmatic?

We get it, modifying working code is a big endeavor. One of our goals when building the structure of the V3 Order APIs was to make the conversion from V2 to V3 as easy as possible. We recommend reaching out to [email protected] and asking how to get started.

Is support ending for the Data Feed API in Spring 2024?

No. We currently don’t plan on ending support for the Data Feed API anytime soon, but do welcome feedback.
